Lethal Company Best Mods to Accompany Your PlaythroughsLethal Company gains traction as one of the hottest multiplayer games in late 2023 to early 2024, where players must try to find as much loot as possible on different Moons while avoiding certain deaths from numerous Entities within the game to make sure that they can fulfill the Company’s profit deadlines.

From March to Titan, the Moons in Lethal Company are incredibly deadly, teeming with different wildlife and landscapes that players must navigate through before reaching their main objective: the Interior Map. Though the base game itself is already entertaining, Lethal Company is a game that benefits from mods that can enhance our gameplay experience.

And that’s where the community comes in. They always work hard in making mods that upgrade and make our playthrough experience far more immersive. r2modman

To start this list, we will look at the one-stop mod manager for Lethal Company, r2modman. This mod manager supports many games within the app, including Lethal Company. You can practically download all the mods inside easily after you install r2modman. To do so, head to Thunderstore, and select the ‘Manual Download’ option. From there, unzip the files and follow the installation setup and you’re good to go.

Brutal Company Reborn

Up next on this Lethal Company best mods list is the Brutal Company Reborn mod, an extensive addition to the game that brings many new events that can shift the plans necessary to tackle the Moons, ranging from Hoarding Town event, which will increase Loot Bugs’ presence on your map, to Worst Combo, where Bracken and Coil-Heads can spawn in tandem to haunt your team’s runs.

Brutal Company Reborn is not essential, for sure, however, this mod allows for different varieties during your playthroughs, especially if you’re already ‘bored’ with the vanilla game.

Skinwalkers

The next mod for Lethal Company is the Skinwalkers mod, a terrifying mod that can turn your allies or friends’ voices into a deadly trap to lure you right into the Entities’ lap. The Skinwalkers mod does this by recording the voice sources from you and your friends and then replaying that at random times that comes from the Entities.

This mod is safe to use, as the creator stated that this mod does not use AI nor will it fill up your hard drive’s space with audio clips, as the recording automatically deletes itself once you exit Lethal Company at any given time.

BiggerLobby

Moving on after the Skinwalkers mod, we have the BiggerLobby mod. As the name suggests, this mod allows you to start a game lobby that can accommodate up to 40 players at once, instead of the vanilla game’s 4-player lobbies.

To fully enjoy this mod, every player who wants to team up with their friends needs to download the BiggerLobby mod for Lethal Company, as with most mods, this one is client-sided, meaning that only one player (that’ll be you) can see the mod’s effects, therefore requiring everyone to download the same mod.

LethalThings

And for the last mod that is on this Lethal Company‘s best mods list, we have LethalThings, which contains new gameplay elements, including a new Entity, Boomba. The reason why I picked this one out of other mods is because there are new items within this mod that are incredibly helpful to navigate the Moons’ Interior Maps, or even dealing against the Entities.

For starters, there’s an obvious one: Rocket Launcher. This deadly item can one-shot many Entities that are killable, notably the Bracken, Bunker Spiders, and Nutcrackers. However, strong as it might be, the Rocket Launcher can also kill the crew (including you) if you try to shoot it in a tight space. It’s advisable to shoot the Rocket Launcher only when you’re confident that the space you’re in is wide enough to accommodate the damage.

The next notable items within LethalThings are Utility Belt and Remote Radar. The Utility Belt, when equipped, provides bonus item slots to that person, making them the ‘gatherer’ for the team, as the Utility Belt adds six additional storage for loot, though the person must sacrifice their Stamina bar as it will deplete faster than everyone else. Meanwhile, the Remote Radar is a very strong item in which you can see the Ship’s radar system remotely, thus allowing the person holding it to have information that usually can only be accessed through the Ship.

However, potent as they are, this mod also introduces a new Entity and a new trap to balance them out: The Boomba and the Teleporter Trap. The Boomba is practically a walking Landmine machine that can detonate if one of your crew members ever touches it. As for the Teleporter Trap, it acts like the Inverse Teleporter, but instead of teleporting you from the Ship to a random place within the Interior Map, it will teleport you from your current location to a random spot  within the Interior Map, sometimes highly dangerous as you might come across an Entity faster than you’d want.

LethalThings, just as the name suggests, brings new elements that can shake up your Lethal Company experience.
