Dinner With Mom in High on Life 2 is a side mission that you can start by heading to Circuit Arcadia to meet with your mom. The goal is to attend a dinner with her and your sister Lizzie. You escalate from a simple family dinner into a bigger plot involving cults.
1. Start the Mission and Get to Spaceforest Cafe

The mission begins when you take on the Dinner With Mom quest from a bounty board in Circuit Arcadia.
- Accept the quest from the bounty board. Your mom and sister Lizzie will contact you and tell you they’re waiting at the Spaceforest Cafe, located in Circuit Arcadia’s zoo area.
- Hop into the RV and track the objective — you’ll be guided southeast toward the Riverwalk and zoo.
- Head southeast toward Circuit Arcadia Mall, and you’ll receive a call from Lizzie guiding you onward.
1.1 Locate the Sewers to Avoid Authorities

The open surface route is blocked by authorities and obstacles; you must find the sewer entrance to get closer to the café.
- Follow the waypoint markers toward the area just before the zoo — the objective will push you to the nearest accessible sewer grate or hidden entry.
- Enter the sewers through the grate or opening indicated on the map (slightly off the main road), which leads downhill toward deeper underground paths.
- Shoot the green blobs with your weapon whenever they block a corridor or a doorway — doing so removes them and lets you continue ahead.

A little further in, the path is blocked by a red blob instead of green ones. Shoot the red blob to destroy it and open up the next area of the sewer to continue your route.
1.2 Locate the Creature Kid
A short distance beyond this red blob blockade, you’ll find one of the Creature’s kids (a small NPC/obstacle helper). This kid becomes critical for the next environmental puzzle.
1.3 Find the Yellow Hole Target

Near the force field, look for a yellow‑colored hole or opening in a container or panel opposite the force field. You must have the Creature Gatlians weapon unlocked — this lets you generate and shoot the Creature’s baby.
1.4 Deliver the Creature’s Kid Through the Hole
- Position yourself in front of that yellow hole.
- Use the Creature weapon to shoot the Creature’s kid into that hole — the little projectile rolls through the opening.
- Once the Creature’s baby enters the hole, it activates the mechanism that disables the force field ahead.
2. Enter Spaceforest Cafe
After navigating through the sewer and bypassing environmental obstacles like blobs and force fields, your next goal in the Dinner With Mom side mission is to exit the sewers and reach the Spaceforest Café inside Circuit Arcadia Zoo.

As you move through the sewer’s twisting architecture, you’ll come across curved walls and obstacles requiring precise movement and momentum.
- Look for wind turbine effects or fan areas that push air — these can slow movement or change your trajectory. Use your skateboard’s wind boost to counteract them and maintain forward motion.
- Use abilities like Sweezy’s Time Bubble to temporarily slow fans down and make traversal easier. This gives you time to jump across pipes or platforms that would otherwise be too fast to safely traverse.

2.2 Move Toward the Exit and Zoo Entrance

Follow the path marked on your objective map to go west and get to the sewer exit. Once past the wind and fan obstacles, you’ll reach larger open sections where your skateboard is especially useful to cover distance quickly.
Eventually, you’ll see the sewer grate or opening to the outside, where you see light coming from. Head through this to exit underground.
2.3 Head Into Circuit Arcadia Zoo

Once outside the sewer, go south towards the Circuit Arcadia Zoo entrance. Move around obstacles and continue using traversal tools like the skateboard to reach the zoo’s boundary quickly.
2.4 Reach and Enter Spaceforest Cafe

- After entering the zoo area, follow the rightward path from the southwest side — this leads to the café entrance, where the story continues.
- As you approach, the mission will transition into the Spaceforest Café interior, where dialogue and the next combat encounter begin.
3. Defeat Tiffany
After you exit the sewer and reach the Spaceforest Café in Circuit Arcadia Zoo, you’ll trigger a key narrative moment with your family. Just before the conversation finishes, Tiffany and her minions ambush you — and this fight kicks off the next major narrative beat in the Dinner With Mom mission.
3.1 Enter the Café and Trigger the Encounter

- Walk into the Spaceforest Café interior.
- Move to the left side of the room to interact with your mom and sister Lizzie.
- After choosing your food and initiating dialogue, the cutscene transitions directly into the combat encounter where Tiffany and her allies attack.
This ambush happens abruptly, so be ready for combat immediately after the dialogue ends.
3.2 Take Out Tiffany’s Minions First
Before targeting Tiffany herself:
- Focus on smaller enemies first. Tiffany’s allies surround you to split your attention. Clearing them out before engaging Tiffany makes the arena easier to control.
- Use high DPS weapons like Sweezy and Travis to eliminate minions quickly. This reduces incoming pressure and makes positioning easier.
3.3 Dodge Tiffany’s Attacks and Maintain Positioning

- Keep Tiffany in front of you — she hits hard when flanking or behind you.
- Don’t stand still: Tiffany uses sweeping attacks, shoulder charges, and quick lunges when you’re static. Constant movement makes her attacks easier to avoid.
- Use the skateboard for positioning: Use lateral strafing and bursts of movement to create spacing. This lowers the chance you’ll get cornered or hit by her forward attacks.
Tiffany flees the cafe at around 25% HP remaining. She flees with her minions, signaling the conclusion of the mission, and a new quest starts where your mom reveals that your father may be at a place called Birch Springs.
