At the start of the Senator Muppy Doo bounty mission, your first objective is to secure a parking spot for your RV. The ParkingCon is primarily a combat-focused area rather than a puzzle. Follow these steps to progress:

1.1 Reach the City Plaza

  1. Travel to the City Plaza, which serves as the staging area before entering ConCon.
  2. Equip the Info Scanner to locate the Rhea Pharmaceutical Lab, which is part of your route.

1.2 Navigate to the Auto Workshop

To prepare your RV, you need to visit the nearby workshop. This area is accessible by following a short route from the plaza.

  1. Take the left turn before the stairs to reach the auto workshop.
  2. The workshop area contains a yellow car, which holds essential RV parts.

1.3 Collect the Yellow Car Parts

Gathering the three parts from the yellow car is necessary to make the RV operational. Completing this step ensures you can progress toward ConCon.

  1. Approach the yellow car.
  2. Collect the three parts: Underneath the car, From the trunk, Side panel

The area around the workshop is guarded. Clearing these enemies ensures safe access to the RV. Engage and defeat all security guards in the vicinity and move to the convention.

2. Find a Parking Spot

Once your RV is ready, the next objective is securing a parking space at ParkingCon. This area is crowded, with limited spaces and enemies fighting to block access. Your goal is to clear the path so Gene can safely park the RV.

2.1 Enter ParkingCon

The parking area is an active combat zone, and enemies patrol the few available spaces. You’ll need to defeat them to make room for the RV.

  1. Move along the designated path into ParkingCon.
  2. Prepare for combat as multiple enemies are actively guarding the area.
  3. Eliminate all threats to create a safe route toward a parking spot.

2.2 Locate an Open Parking Space

Occupied parking spot

Once enemies are cleared, you need to find a usable space for the RV. Check for spots by going near cars to see if they’re occupied or not, and help Gene.

  1. Continue along the path until you see a parking spot on the right.
  2. Keep moving to avoid enemy attacks while heading toward this space.
  3. Clear any remaining enemies in the vicinity to ensure safe parking.

2.3 Assist Gene in Parking

With the path cleared, you now assist Gene in maneuvering the RV into position. You need to park in the open space between two cars with a chair in the middle, and remove the chair to park.

  1. Return to the area where you initially landed.
  2. Push the chair blocking the space out of the way to create room for the RV.
  3. Defeat any parking security guards who attempt to stop Gene.

2.4 Exit ParkingCon

After successfully securing the parking space, your next objective is to continue the mission toward AidCon.

  1. Exit the ParkingCon area.
  2. Get back inside the RV to drive toward AidCon.
  3. Speak with the NPC near the path leading to the MurderCon board to progress the story.

3. Locate Hall H

After securing your RV and completing ParkingCon, the next mission objective is to infiltrate Hall H at PoliCon, where Senator Muppy Doo is giving his speech. This is a high-security area requiring puzzle-solving and traversal to gain access.

3.1 Approach PoliCon

Hall H is locked and heavily secured, so you’ll need to navigate to the building carefully before attempting entry. Get through the parkour section:

  1. Ride toward the MurderCon billboard to mark your route.
  2. Find a way to access PoliCon from the outside, avoiding or eliminating patrols if necessary.

3.2 Use the Service Elevator

A service elevator allows you to reach Hall H from lower floors, but proper operation is required:

  1. Follow the operator’s instructions to operate the elevator.
  2. Hold down the up button to ascend, then tap the lower button when necessary to move to the correct level.

3.3 Open the Electrical Panel

Hall H’s security system blocks direct access, so you must disable it to continue.

  1. Equip Knifey to interact with the electrical panel near the elevator.
  2. Tap the activation button and hold it for 20 seconds to fully power the system.
  3. This allows you to progress to the lower level, closer to Hall H.

3.4 Collect the Lugblobs

Two Lugblobs are required to disable security doors and access Hall H. They are located in different parts of the building:

  • First Lugblob: Pick it up from the left side near the locked door on the lower level.
  • Second Lugblob: Move toward the stacked crates and climb to the upper floor to retrieve the second one.

3.5 Place Lugblobs on Power Plates

The Lugblobs must be positioned to disable security mechanisms.

  1. Place both Lugblobs on the metal power plates located in the center of the lower floor.
  2. Pass through the now-unlocked door of Hall H.
  3. Use the skateboard traversal mechanic to navigate through walls or obstacles and reach the interior of Hall H.

4. Disable the Security

Hall H is not just a combat arena—it’s also a puzzle-filled high-security zone. To reach Senator Muppy Doo, you must disable traps and active patrols while navigating nodes and electrical systems. Clearing enemies first makes the puzzle sections much easier.

4.1 Locate the Security System

Hall H

Hall H

Before you can disable Hall H’s traps, you need to find the central security nodes. These control the patrols and locked doors.

  1. Move toward the security system located in the lower central area of Hall H.
  2. Look for the orange slime trails, which mark paths to the active nodes and Lugblobs.

4.2 Use Sweezy’s Time Bubble

Some areas are too high or dangerous to reach by normal traversal. Sweezy’s abilities allow you to manipulate objects and platforms.

  1. Equip Sweezy and use the time bubble to blow up the first Lugblob.
  2. This explosion also creates a platform to help you reach higher areas safely.

4.3 Retrieve the Second Lugblob

After reaching the upper platform, you need to secure the second Lugblob to fully disable the system.

  1. Climb to the top level using platforms, or the exploded Lugblob as a stepping point.
  2. Pick up the second Lugblob.
  3. Carefully return to the lower floor, avoiding patrols or environmental hazards.

4.4 Place Lugblobs on Power Panels

Placing both Lugblobs correctly will deactivate Hall H’s security system, allowing you to continue toward Muppy Doo.

  1. Position the first and second Lugblobs on the metal power panels in the lower floor center.
  2. Head through the unlocked doors after the security shutdown to reach Senator Muppy Doo.

5. Defeat ?????

Before you can engage Senator Muppy Doo, a mysterious alien enemy ambushes you. This mini-boss fight is designed as a short combat and puzzle encounter. While not extremely difficult, defeating this enemy is essential to recruiting Sheath as an ally for the main mission.

5.1 Tips to Defeat ?????

Defeating Sheath

  • Stay mobile: Constantly move to avoid the alien’s projectiles during the ambush.
  • Use shield capsules: Shoot them to restore health and gain temporary defense.
  • Attack from behind: Position yourself behind the enemy to deal maximum damage.
  • Hit the spear: Target the alien’s spear to trigger a vulnerability phase.
  • Use your strongest abilities: Focus on high-damage weapons and skills to quickly reduce health.
  • Take cover: Avoid open areas and dodge attacks from behind objects or arena features.

5.2 Recruit Sheath

After defeating the alien, you’ll need to interact with Sheath to gain assistance for the Muppy Doo fight.

  1. Interact multiple times to convince Sheath to help.
  2. Use the alien’s electric spike ability to connect power circuits.
  3. Shoot the spike to complete the electrical connection and unlock the next objective.

6. Chase Senator Muppy Doo

Using Travis

Using Sheath

After defeating the mysterious alien Travis, your next objective is to pursue Senator Muppy Doo through PoliCon and toward MurderCon. The path ahead is blocked by enemies. Engage all guards in the new zone immediately after the wall breach.

6.1 Connect Power to the Locked Door

To continue chasing Muppy Doo, you need to power the locked doors using Sheath’s abilities:

  1. Equip Sheath’s electric spike.
  2. Shoot the platforms in order: Right platform, Lower platform, Left platform

With the power connected, take the elevator to advance to the next floor. Ride it to the lower floor, maintaining awareness of any enemies along the way.

6.2 Traverse Platforms and Ziplines

  1. Use ziplines to quickly move between elevated areas.
  2. Jump and move across floating platforms to reach the far end.
  3. Use Sheath’s electric spike to connect floating balls where necessary while leaving the PoliCon island.

7. Find & Defeat Brutus

After successfully chasing Senator Muppy Doo, the next objective takes you to MurderCon, where you must participate in the event to progress. This section combines combat, scoring mechanics, and the boss fight against Brutus.

7.1 Sign Up for MurderCon

To summon Brutus, you must earn points by defeating enemies in the area:

  1. Move forward toward the MurderCon logo, passing through newly opened doors.
  2. Defeat all enemies encountered—each kill now grants 2 points instead of one.
  3. Ensure enough enemies are defeated to trigger Brutus’ appearance.
  4. If enemies fail to spawn or Brutus does not appear, restart from the last checkpoint.

7.3 Tips to Defeat Brutus

Defeating Brutus

Defeating Brutus

  • Stay mobile during the fight — strafing side‑to‑side reduces his chances of landing fast charge or sweep attacks.
  • Weapons with utility perks like Sweezy’s Time Bubble to slow movement or Sheath’s electric spike to interrupt actions give you windows to reposition safely.
  • Focus fire on Brutus’ helmet/upper body — breaking his helmet exposes a weak point where he takes significantly more damage.
  • Once the helmet is broken, stay on the offensive while still dodging his signature charge attacks.
  • Watch his telegraphs: Brutus often gives a wind‑up or visual cue before heavy attacks. When you see this, back off or sidestep instead of firing blindly.

8. Get Inside HumanCon

After defeating Brutus at MurderCon, your next objective is to pursue Senator Muppy Doo into HumanCon. Use Sheath’s electric spike ability to create a zipline, allowing you to move outside quickly. Follow the path to the backside of the vehicle where Muppy Doo is escaping.

8.1 Interact with Gus to Connect Power

To continue progressing, certain electrical systems need to be connected.

  1. Use Gus to rotate the exhaust panel of the vehicle.
  2. Connect the power to a metal ball, which will be part of the puzzle to reach HumanCon.

8.2 Solve the Lugblob Puzzle

The HumanCon entrance is locked behind an electrical puzzle involving Lugblobs and junctions. You need to create a full circuit:

  1. Obtain the Lugblob from the tower using Gus to vacuum it.
  2. Place it and connect it to the pink junction using Sheath’s electric spike ability.
  3. Complete the puzzle by ensuring connections flow from the junction → amp → Lugblob, creating a full circuit.

8.3 Create Ziplines to HumanCon

Once the puzzle is solved, you can traverse the final gap to HumanCon.

  1. Use the pink junction connection to spawn a zipline via a floating ball.
  2. Carefully ride the zipline to cross over to HumanCon.

8.4 Enter HumanCon

With the electrical puzzle solved and the zipline completed, you can now enter the HumanCon area.

  1. Pass through the HumanCon door and continue moving forward.
  2. Progress until a cutscene triggers, advancing the story and setting up the Senator Muppy Doo boss fight.

9. Defeat Senator Muppy Doo

Senator Muppy Doo Combat

Senator Muppy Doo Combat

The fight against Senator Muppy Doo is an unusual and multi‑phase boss encounter. This battle combines shooting with unique gameplay twists, including surreal UI sequences and retro‑style mini‑games.

9.1 Phase 1: Arena Combat

Defeat Senator Muppy Doo

Defeat Senator Muppy Doo

In this stage, you fight in a normal 3D arena, but Muppy Doo rarely stays large and obvious. Paying attention to cues is key. Muppy Doo shrinks himself to avoid damage, disappearing entirely from view at times. He also summons minions to distract you.

Strategy

  1. Circle the arena edges: Instead of firing randomly, track him by watching for tiny footsteps on the ground — that’s how you locate him when he’s tiny.
  2. Clear minions: Killing smaller enemies reduces visual clutter so you can see his movement patterns better.
  3. Avoid spamming fire: Wild spraying wastes ammo and increases risk — wait until you see him or track his footsteps before shooting.
  4. Use special abilities tactically: Crowd‑control perks like slowing weapons or electric stuns help you control the fight.

Tip: Once you’ve hit him enough, he drops a Fanny Pack — picking this up triggers Phase 2.

9.2 Phase 2: System UI/Menu Invasion

System Hijack

System Hijack

The fight transitions into something truly bizarre — Muppy Doo hijacks your suit and embeds the battle inside the game’s UI. The arena disappears, and the fight moves into your pause menu/inventory UI, effectively transforming your interface into a battlefield.

Strategy

  1. Pause the game when you see the “Systems Menu Compromised” message.
  2. Enter Inventory / Menu screens and look for shaking text — these are interactive targets.
  3. Select the shaking words/options as they appear; this is how you damage Muppy Doo during this phase.
  4. Work your way through different sections (e.g., System, Items) as he jumps around the menu structure.
  5. Eventually, you’ll reach a Factory Reset prompt — confirm the reset to continue.

Tip: If you trigger this reset, you may also encounter a playable retro segment like Bible Adventures (an embedded NES‑style game), but this doesn’t directly affect progression — it’s a surreal side segment before moving on.

9.3 Phase 3: Donkey Kong‑Style Arcade Finale

Arcade game phase

Arcade game phase

After the Factory Reset portion, the final combat segment becomes a retro arcade mini‑game inspired by Donkey Kong.

Strategy

  1. Pay attention to the visual cue: You must time your moves precisely — don’t stab too early.
  2. Hold Knifey forward: Wait until Muppy Doo climbs to the point indicated by the cue.
  3. Stab when aligned: Landing a stab at the right moment deals damage.
  4. Repeat 5 times: After five successful hits, the fight ends.

Tip: Each stab also injures you, so timing and patience are more important than quick button‑mashing.
