3. How Receptacle Relays Work

Each receptacle relay requires a special access code, obtained by entering a simulator via a receptacle. Once activated, a colored beam points toward the next relay or receptacle. The goal is to follow these beams, activate three relays, and power up three underground receptacles, which finally allow you to breach the TARAASK storm.

4. How to Activate the First Receptacle Relay (Aqueduct)

Clear Signal Jammers Around the Aqueduct

Before accessing the relay, complete Nèfle’s request to disable all jammers near the Aqueduct during Chapter 3.

With all the signal jammers sorted, it's time to head to the Aqueduct with Nefle.

With all the signal jammers sorted, it’s time to head to the Aqueduct with Nèfle.

Visit the Control Room at Night

Meet Nèfle, interact with three computer levers, and enter the nearby receptacle. This leads to a simulator room with a purple cube containing the relay access codes.

Activate the Left Relay on the Aqueduct Roof

Climb crates to reach the roof. Use the codes to activate the left-most relay. A yellow light shoots out, marking the relay as active.

Story Update

End of Chapter 3. Nèfle and Sauge discover Garance’s distress signal came from inside the TARAASK.

With one relay activated and Garance’s distress signal located, Sauge and Nèfle come up with a plan.

5. How to Find the First Receptacle (Refuge Cellars)

Follow the Beam to the Refuge

Follow the relay’s yellow beam to the neighboring Refuge. Hack the door, climb the structure, and activate the relay at the top.

Enter the Refuge Cellars

Use your hacking tool at the Satellite Watchtower door, then drive inside. Follow the blue cables and open a locked door using a switch found via another hacked platform.

Collect the TARAASK Fragment

Enter the simulator, solve the van traversal puzzle, and retrieve the Fragment. Return to Nèfle. After a cutscene, you’ll reappear in Estello Village.

6. How to Activate the Second Receptacle Relay (Aqueduct)

Use the Second Access Code

Head back to the Aqueduct and use the new access code to activate the right-most relay. A yellow light emits toward the Excavation Watchtower.

7. How to Find the Second Receptacle (Residential Area)

Reach the Excavation Watchtower

Drive past the GeopenQuarry to the Excavation Watertower and grapple to the top using a hook point. Activate the relay at the top.

Note: You can also climb up the tower if you want to get some components. Hack the midway platform before you start.
