Outstanding Balance is a linear quest in Blue Gate, and it has three main quest objectives that you need to complete in one round. These are all the main objectives:
- Search Dodger’s Cache in the Traffic Tunnel
- Reach Pilgrim’s Peak and locate the deal site
- Secure the note and extract successfully
2. Search Dodger’s Stash – Traffic Tunnel

The first objective takes place deep inside the Blue Gate tunnel system in the Checkpoint area, specifically toward the far end of the Traffic Tunnel network.
The interaction sequence follows a linear path:
- Enter the Blue Gate Traffic Tunnel system from a safe outer access point, Checkpoint main tunnel entrance, or take any zip lines
- Progress toward the northernmost section of the tunnel layout
- Move past scattered wreckage and parked vehicles until reaching a secluded corner
- Locate a covered stash under a blue tarpaulin beside a truck or campsite setup
- Interact with the container to inspect Dodger’s stash
- Collect the initial quest clue and prepare for relocation

3. Reach Pilgrim’s Peak – Dodger’s Deal Spot
After the tunnel investigation, the objective shifts to elevated terrain at Pilgrim’s Peak. The transition phase is where most risk increases due to traversal through open areas.
Follow these steps to find the Dodger’s deal spot:
- Navigate toward the Pilgrim’s Peak antenna region in central Blue Gate
- Use available zipline access or climb routes to reach higher elevation
- Locate the large red antenna tower structure at the peak
- Enter the interior space just below the top platform
- Search between red electrical equipment and storage boxes
- Interact with Dodger’s hidden bag to obtain the quest note

4. Extract With Dodger’s Note

Once the Dodger’s note is collected, the final stage focuses entirely on safe extraction.
- Store the note in a safe pocket if available
- Avoid extended combat in open terrain during extraction
- Return to Speranza and go to Traders > Quests, to deliver the item to Tian Wen and complete the quest
