2. Find the Foreman’s Barricaded Apartment

The first leg of this quest sends you to Buried City, south of Piazza Roma, to locate a hidden apartment where the foreman left behind his digital logbook.
- Navigate to the southern blocks of Piazza Roma in Buried City.
- The foreman’s apartment is in one of the two adjacent buildings; it’s barricaded at ground level so there’s no normal door entry.
- A reliable route is to use the zipline on the rooftops across from the buildings and jump through a broken middle‑floor window.
- Alternatively, climb via Snaphook to reach the same open window if you prefer vertical movement.
- Once inside, head to the open room and interact with the computer terminal to access the Foreman’s Digital Logbook and update your objective.
This logs your progress and points you toward Dam Battlegrounds for the next stage.
3. Reach Controlled Access Zone

After retrieving the foreman’s digital log, extract and redeploy into Dam Battlegrounds. The next objective is tied to a high‑value POI and a newly added interior space.
- Head to the Power Generation Complex in the northern part of Dam Battlegrounds; entering it advances the objective.
- From there, travel southwest toward the Controlled Access Zone, a locked, high‑loot area introduced in the Shrouded Sky update.
- The entrance is accessible by descending a ladder along the dam wall near the Power Generation Complex.
- Once you drop in, you’ll be inside the Controlled Access Zone, ready to pursue the final objective.

4. Search the Controlled Access Zone for Clues

Inside the Controlled Access Zone, your goal shifts from travel to investigation. You’re looking for a whiteboard with notes that holds the final quest target.
- Explore the corridors and rooms within the Controlled Access Zone until you locate the area with walkways and interior offices.
- Head into the room with the whiteboard. It’s past a central section of the interior once you’ve descended from the ladder.
- Approach and interact with the whiteboard containing the foreman’s reconstruction notes to finish this quest objective.
- After this interaction, the quest updates as complete.
You don’t have to solve the deeper Controlled Access Zone puzzle for this quest; the whiteboard interaction is all that’s required here.
