Assassin’s Creed Origins includes five hermit locations for you to find. Hermit locations are places (identifiable with red or white sheets) where Bayek can rest to find his inner peace. There are five hermit locations in the game, and you’ll get a skill point for each Bayek rests at. You’ll also complete the Words of Wisdom achievement by resting at all five. This is where you can find all five hermit locations in Assassin’s Creed Origins.

Demense of Sekhem (Herakleion Nome)
You can find this hermit location in Assassin’s Creed Origins on one of the islands on the northeast part of the map within Herakleion Nome. The best way to get to it is to head to Heraklion, which includes the closest viewpoint. Head in an almost direct easterly direction to reach the Demense of Sekhem Hermit location shown on the map directly below. Rest by the red sheet covered with flowers to get your skill point.

Ogdamos (Paraitonion)
The Ogadmos hermit location in Assassin’s Creed Origins is within the rather obscure Paraitonion region on the north of the map, just west of Alexandria. Follow the road from Alexandria to head in a westerly direction and enter Paraitonion. Then you’ll need to find the abandoned settlement of Ogadmos there at the location in the screenshot below. Have a good look through the buildings of that settlement to find the hermit resting spot in one of them.

Eremites Hideout (Faiyum)
This Eremites Hideout hermit spot is directly south of Euhemeria in Faiyum. Go to that village and then head directly south from there. You’ll find the hermit location within the temple of ruins on the other side of the river just south of Euhemeria. Climb atop one of the structures at Eremites Hideout to find and interact with the hermit resting point.

Aquifer Oasis (Qattara Depression)
Aquifer Oasis is a hermit location in Assassin’s Creed Origins within the Qattara Depression, which isn’t much more than one big desert in the approximate center of the map. There aren’t any villages particularly close to this one. A good way to reach it is to grab a horse or camel at Siwa and then ride east into the desert of the Quattara Depression. Ride alongside the mountains on the western side of the Quattara Depression to find the Aquifer Oasis.

You will find the resting point for this hermit location in the water of Aquifer Oasis. Be careful of the many hyenas around this hermit location. You’ll probably have to fight off a few hyenas eclipsing level 30 here that will be a bit too much to handle if you’re still in the early game.
Ro-Horahkty Mountain Top (Black Desert)
This hermit location is at the summit of Ro-Horahkty Mountain in the Black Desert. A good way to get to it is to head west from Soknopaiou Nesos. Climb up to one of the highest points of the mountain west of that village to find this hermit resting place at the summit. There you can also take in some of the most amazing views of Egypt.

You’ll get five skill points by finding and resting at all those hermit locations in Assassin’s Creed Origins. That will be enough to unlock two to five abilities for Bayek on the skill tree. So, resting at those hermit spots will make Bayek stronger.
