5 Predictions For WWE’s Wrestlepalooza 2025

Here are my five predictions for WWE’s Wrestlepalooza. The event goes down this weekend at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. Cena and Brock will come face-to-face for the final time to conclude a long and winding feud.

5 Predictions For WWE’s Wrestlepalooza 2025

This week begins a new chapter within the WWE, as they are embarking on a new journey when it pertains to their PLE’s which will now be airing on the ESPN network, starting with the very next PLE, which is entitled Wrestlepalooza

Their last PLE on the Peacock Network wrapped up at the previous event, which was Clash In Paris. A grudge match that stretches over 20 years will take place at the show, which will see John Cena and Brock Lesnar go at it one last time. Here are my five predictions for Wrestlepalooza

John Cena Slays the Beast One Last Time at Wrestlepalooza

In John Cena's retirement year...he finishes a 20 plus year feud with Brock Lesnar.

In John Cena’s retirement year, he finishes a 20 plus year feud with Brock Lesnar.

John Cena and Brock Lesnar basically debuted on the main roster at the same time. They’ve had such a rivalry that has even seen John Cena create a move to mock one of Brock’s moves.

Later in their careers, Cena went to Hollywood and Lesnar worked in UFC. Their beef with one another has been well documented and exciting to watch. However, at Wrestlepalooza, that all comes to an end as the two will have one last match against one another. I’m going with Cena to win a highly competitive match.

Cody Rhodes Defeats Drew McIntyre

Drew McIntyre will try to prove himself against the new budding face of WWE.

Drew McIntyre will try to prove himself against the new budding face of WWE.

As John Cena plans to retire at the end of the year, the person who appears to be the next face of the company will also have a match at Wrestlepalooza against Drew McIntyre. Cody Rhodes is just getting started, and I see him wanting to win during an event that is the inaugural event for ESPN.

At the same time, Drew McIntyre has had a roller coaster of a time in the last 12 months trying to establish himself as a real threat in the ring. It will be close, but Cody Rhodes will find a way to victory.

AJ Lee Helps CM Punk Win Against Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins

AJ Lee and Punk square off against the next couple of the WWE.

AJ Lee and Punk square off against the next couple of the WWE.

With the returning AJ Lee and CM Punk’s wife coming to help him at Wrestlepalooza… I can easily see their team defeating the team of Becky Lynch and Seth “Freakin’” Rollins at the show. Here they will feed off the crowd, who is glad to see AJ Lee return to the company. However, they can’t afford to take their opponents lightly because Lynch and Rollins are trying to become the power couple of the WWE.

The Usos win Their Match at Wrestlepalooza Against The Vision

Jey and Jimmy have joined forces once again to take on The Vision members of Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed.

Jey and Jimmy have joined forces once again to take on The Vision members of Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed.

Jey and Jimmy Uso just came back together to reform their tag team, and just in time as The Vision’s Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed are forming a powerful tag team of their own. The two tag teams will no doubt have an explosive and powerful match at the event. Seeing as this is the first match that will witness the return of the Usos as a team, I have to go with them winning. Even though I wouldn’t be surprised if the Brons won.

Iyo Sky Wins the Women’s Championship at the Event

Two new talents in the women's division continue their path to dominate the roster.

Two new talents in the women’s division continue their path to dominate the roster.

Lastly, we have a match scheduled between Iyo Sky and Stephanie Vaquer at Wrestlepalooza for the Women’s Championship. Even though Stephanie Vaquer is great and highly skilled as a professional wrestler, Iyo Sky has won this title before. Therefore, I will go with Iyo winning the match.

There are my five predictions for WWE’s Wrestlepalooza. Please leave comments below, and tell the community what you think is going to happen at the inaugural PLE for ESPN!
