In a market filled with various smart wall lights, the Glide Hexa Pro from Govee manages to stand out. With this product, Govee has successfully combined the functionalities of smart lighting with innovative design that truly has the potential to visually enhance any space where it is placed. The package consists of 10 hexagonal panels, 10 connectors, a physical controller, and a power adapter. The panels themselves are divided into 3, separately lit segments, which creates a stunning 3D effect that visually elevates it far beyond the competition.

They are meant to be placed on a wall and are fairly easy to take off should you decide to change up the design. The adhesive is applied to a detachable plastic cover, which is easily separated from the panels themselves, making the process of taking the panels off the wall a quicker and much less painful process. For the setup, it’s a bit more complicated than on some of the competitors due to the cabled connectors, but Govee made sure you are well-equipped and informed on how to do it with a step-by-step instruction on how to do it.

Once installed, even with a basic color setting, the Govee Glide Hexa Pro looks absolutely stunning. The 3D effect especially makes them a really fun addition to any wall and is sure to attract attention from whoever sees it. Something that’s noteworthy here is that the light diffusion is done extremely well. As you’d expect from a premium product, you’ll never see an individual LED, the light is uniformly bright, and the colors are very saturated and pleasing to look at.

You can also customize them in a variety of ways. There are the all present voice commands, the excellent Govee smartphone app and via Govee Desktop which also features Razer Chroma integration. The app, especially, offers a ton of options. You can manually control each and every segment of the panels, sync it to music and choose from a ton of preset scenes that look absolutely stunning.
