A recent leak revealed that a new, slimmer model of Nintendo Switch is about to hit the market this year. SONY SWITCHES FOCUS TO A NEW CONSOLE
Video game analyst with Niko Partners, Daniel Ahmad, claims that PlayStation 5 development kits are already in the hands of first-party developers who are still learning the intricacies of the new system. At the same time, Sony patented what seems to be a hardware emulation system. Is this a way to make games from previous generations of PlayStation console compatible with the PlayStation 5 remains to be seen. METRO EXODUS TO BE A YEAR LONG EPIC STORE EXCLUSIVE
Epic Games has secured one more behemoth franchise for their digital store. The long-awaited Metro: Exodus is going to be a year-long Epic store exclusive. This wouldn't be a problem had the game not been available for pre-order on Steam for the good part of the last year.
Valve added a short post to the Metro Steam page, explaining that every pre-order made through Steam will still be honored. Meanwhile, upset players have taken to vent their frustration on previous Metro games with negative Steam reviews which have taken their "recent review" score to "Mostly negative".
