The invitations to join the multiplayer beta will be sent out over the coming weeks as well, prioritizing the purchasers of the Spoils of War edition of the game, moving afterwards to additional players, including those who purchased the standard edition of Warcraft III: Reforged.
Warcraft III: Reforged is, in Blizzard’s words, “a complete reimagining of a real-time strategy classic”, and it gives you a chance to re-live the origin stories of the Warcraft universe, or even playing them for the first time if you didn’t get a chance to play the original version. Either way, the reforged version promises a more polished look and a better performance to keep up with the times.
It is worth mentioning that Warcraft III: Reforged will also offer the option to create custom games, including MOBAs and tower defense modes.
A good portion of classic Warcraft player will remember fondly the times playing and learning the stories of Arthas, Thrall, Kel’Thuzad, and Tyrande, and would probably gladly replay them.
