While describing their approach to the invites of Manila Major, Valve also shared their thoughts on how their decision will impact the ecosystem of the Dota 2 scene. Having invited 12 teams, Valve left only 4 slots for the qualifiers. As you can imagine, there are a lot of professional teams that will fight for the last 4 slots. All regional qualifiers will run for 4 days, starting on May 3rd. The main event will run for 6 days, starting on June 7th. Here’s the link for tickets if you plan to attend in person.
Let’s hope that this Major will be remembered for the awesome performance of attendees and will be organized better than the previous one!
