Nintendo has revealed the second trailer for the upcoming Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom in their direct yesterday. The first half of the trailer primarily showcases a raining environment, focusing on various enemies. It also features narration by Ganon, common antagonist in the series, ordering his minions to destroy Hyrule. During his speech, a rain of massive red meteors hit the surface, seemingly empowering enemies. Secondly, while not very clear, the trailer seems to switch between gameplay and various cutscenes. The cutscenes focus on bosses where the gameplay has normal enemies.
The second half of the trailer returns to a sunny day, with some narration by an unknown female voice. Link starts off on top of a sky island before jumping down, showcasing a massive environment both below and above the clouds. A couple mechanics from Breath of the Wild return, such as Magnesis, along with some puzzle elements. Immediately following that up, as well as later in the trailer, large vehicles driven by Link appear. Finally, the trailer ends with some final narration from the unknown narrator as both Link and Zelda fall off a cliff.
The trailer focuses fairly heavily on the sky lands, which are quickly becoming the focal point of Tears of the Kingdom.
