Receiving a two-season series order, My Adventures With Superman will follow the Daily Planet’s investigative reporting team, composed by Clark Kent, Lois Lane, and their photographer best friend Jimmy Olsen.Â
The show will focus on the comedic, romantic, and crime-fighting adventures that twenty-somethings Clark and Lois will get themselves into. Along with all that, the hero identity of Clark Kent will be a key focus of the show, with the developing careers of Lois and Jimmy in the spotlight as well.
Leading the voice acting of the series, alongside The Boys star Jack Quaid, the actress Alice Lee, which you may know from the musical comedy-drama Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, will voice Lois Lane.
Here’s a fun sentence I never thought I’d say: I’m Superman.
So excited to be a part of this awesome show!!! @hbomax @DCComics @aliceheyalice #Superman https://t.co/E06f25Bz4s

Sam Register, the president of Warner Bros. Animation and Cartoon Network Studios, will be the executive producer of the show, with the presence of Jake Wyatt and Josie Campbell in the roles of co-executive producer and co-producer, respectively.
Register, about the stories and dynamics portrayed in the first animated Superman series, said the following:
This is the first animated Superman series in many years and we want to tell our Superman story through the trio of Clark, Lois and Jimmy – whose relationship dynamic will allow for rich, serialized and engaging stories as we explore their lives as individuals and their journey together as friends.
