Shown in Nintendo’s stream earlier today, hosted by Super Smash Bros. series director, Mashahiro Sakurai, Terry Bogard is ready to finally join the stage. Along with Terry dishing out some Super Smash fury, players will also get to fight on a brand new stage: King of Fighters Stadium. There’s also a new Spirit Board to enjoy, along with 50 pieces of new music from various franchises.
Terry Board first made his video game debut in 1991’s Fatal Fury: King of Fighters, the first of the Fatal Fury series. He then went to return to numerous sequels of the franchise until what’s currently the latest and final installment, Garou: Mark of the Wolves, released in 1999.
Being the fourth character of Super Smash Bros’ Ultimate’s Fighter’s Pass, Terry is also joined by Persona 5’s Joker, Dragon Quest’s Hero and Banjo-Kazooie’s, well, Banjo & Kazooie. Also available by February 2020, the fifth and final character of this current Fighter’s Pass is yet to be revealed.
