Soulcalibur 6 Wraps Up First Season With Cassandra And New Character
The first season pass of Soulcalibur 6 has come to end and to wrap things up, Cassandra has been added to the DLC batch. Cassandra first appeared in the weapons-based fighting game series in Soulcalibur 2. Her latest appearance was her 4th game of the mainline series. She will be available, along with her arsenal of weapons and a new story mission, on Aug. 5. Additionally, a video featuring her fighting with her sword and shield has already been released.
Also revealed is a second pass, which will have four characters and sets of character customization items. Included among the characters is guest fighter Haohmaru, the protagonist of Samurai Showdown. A brief trailer featuring the character has also been released. There is no confirmed release date for him. He is not the first guest character to appear on Soulcalibur VI. Prior to Haohmaru, Geralt from The Witcher was a playable character at launch, along with 2B from Nier: Automata as playable DLC. Aside from this, there will be a new gameplay system.
