For Honor is a brutal Hack n Slash title developed by Ubisoft which pits warring factions against each other in a bloody battle for supremacy. If you've ever wanted to cleave an enemy in twain with a Halberd, or perhaps just lop off a head with a broadsword, this is the title for you.
Ubisoft have announced that you can now sign up for the Closed Beta of the promising Hack n Slash game, with the beta itself launching in January 2017. People who manage to get into the Beta will decide the fate of the game at launch, taking part in the War of the Factions pre-launch limited time event that decides which faction will be ruling supreme come the game's February 14th 2017 release.
Players can choose from three factions, the Vikings, Samurai, and Knights, each with their own unique styles and heroes, of which there are 12 across the three Factions, with presumably more to come post-launch. Speaking of heroes, Ubisoft have also announced two new Heavy heroes, the Samurai Shugoki and Viking Warlord, and a new assassin, the Knight Peacekeeper. The variation and customization of each hero to an individual's playstyle will undoubtedly be one of the main factors that will keep For Honor fresh and interesting post-launch.
