Resident Evil Revelations lands on Current Gen

Resident Evil Revelations has been given a release date for current gen consoles. The survival horror game is set to launch on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One later this month. Nintendo Switch players will get their chance to battle the bioweapons later this year.

Capcom are to release Resident Evil Revelations on current generation consoles later this month. We are told that players will now be searching the Queen Zenobia cruise liner with a few technical improvements. Capcom have said that the release will have an improved frame rate, increased environmental detail and refined creature movement. All this will be working on a resolution of 1920x1080. As well as the technical improvements, Resident Evil Revelations will be launching with all DLC and extra content included.

Raid Mode is set to return and will include “The Ghost Ship: Chaos”. We are told this will be a fresh take on the popular stage with more powerful weapons and more ways to upgrade your arsenal. “The Ghost Ship” comes with remixed enemy placements for an added challenge.

Resident Evil Revelations will launch on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on August 29th with a Nintendo Switch release scheduled for both Resident Evil Revelations and Revelations 2 later this year.
