If you’ve never played any of the previous games, Insomniac promises this is a separate solo adventure. The story begins with the famous duo getting separated, only to be helped reunited by the new female Lombax character. Not only do you get to play as Ratchet, but the new character as well! Gear up and fight against the evil Dr. Nefarious in this third-person action shooter.

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart seems to be one of Playstation’s first AAA games that aren’t coming to PS4 as well. If you’re a veteran Ratchet & Clank fan, you may want to nab that PS5 before June. Otherwise, there’s still some information left unsaid, such as the new Lombax’s name. It seems as though they’re keeping that a secret for now, so stay tuned.
