PUBG Mobile Now Live On Android And iOS

The 2017 gaming sensation, PUBG is now available on mobile for gamers in the United States and other countries. Following the soft launch on the Canadian Google Play Store, Tencent’s PUBG Mobile game will recreate the 100-player battle-royale experience that so many people on PC and Xbox have have become besotted with.

On the App Store, the description says the game “perfectly recreates” the PC version, and includes voice chat for communication with squad members. Moreover, additional mobile optimizations include the option to auto-pick up items, aim assist and a variety of on-screen controls, including pedals for ease of driving.

PUBG Mobile requires iOS 9.0 or later, and can run on devices as far back as the iPhone 5S. The gives the title the advantage over Fortnite: Battle Royale, which launched on iOS last week and requires the iPhone 6S and newer models. PUBG Mobile is available for free, and can be purchased from the Google Play store for Android owners and the App Store for iOS users.
