PS5 Release Window For Kena, Solar Ash, and Others, Revealed

Despite not showing off any new games at this years Consumer Electronics Show, Sony still managed to give fans something worth watching, as they showed a new video highlighting the dates for some highly anticipated PS5 titles. Among these were the release window for Kena: Bridge of Spirits, which will be hitting Sony’s next-gen console this March, and Solar Ash, which is coming in June. A month later, we’ll be getting more action and adventure with Little Devil Inside. Also, two exciting games are coming in October 2021: puzzler Stray, and the paranormal Ghostwire: Tokyo

Fans also got a look ahead at a couple of games coming to PS5 in 2022 and beyond. Square Enix’s mysterious Project Athia, which we still know very little about, should be out as a console exclusive in January 2022. However, it wasn’t all good news for the future; Capcom’s Pragmata will not be coming in 2022 as planned. Instead, its release has been pushed back to 2023.

To summarise, here’s a quick list giving a review of the release windows:

  • Kena: Bridge of Spirits – March 2021
  • Solar Ash – June 2021
  • Little Devil Inside – July 2021
  • Ghostwire: Tokyo – October 2021
  • Stray – October 2021
  • Project Athia – January 2022
  • Pragmata – 2023

With these games and others to look forward to in 2021, Sony will likely be giving out more release info soon. Some huge titles like God of War: Ragnarok or Horizon Forbidden West still don’t have a definite time for release, so new announcements might be nearer than we think.
