PS Plus Games For October AnnouncedSony has announced the new PS Plus games for October, and fans should be pleased. The subscription service isn’t dishing out any shooters this month. Where past months have given us PUBG, Modern Warfare 2, and Star Wars Battlefront 2, October’s got action horror and racing. Yes, players can download Need for Speed Payback and Vampyr over the next few weeks.

Need for Speed Payback is one of the most recent entries in the series. However, unlike its predecessor, it featured an offline single player mode. With a Fast and Furious style campaign, fans of offline and online play alike should be able to dive into this one. Vampyr, on the other hand, should get you in the mood for Halloween. An action horror full of narrative choices, it received decent reviews when it came out. So, looks like subscribers have a solid couple of PS Plus games this month.
