Phil Spencer suggested Halo 5 to remain Xbox exclusive

During Microsoft's Build 2016 conference, Phil Spencer suggested that Halo 5 is likely to remain the Xbox exclusive game and there are no plans to release it on PC.

Halo 5, the Xbox exclusive
However, the story could be different for the future titles. Here is what the head of Xbox said:

“I don’t want to get into the world where we’re looking back… it doesn’t mean there’s nothing [in Halo 5] that could ever end up on PC, but I’d much rather look forward with what our plans are.”

“You should expect [releases on both Xbox One and PC] when franchises look like they belong on both platforms, but I wouldn’t go so far as to say it’s a mandate for the studios because it’s not.”

As you may know, there are a few games that have transitioned to PC: Forza 6, Killer Instinct, and Quantum Break.
