We're stuck waiting till March for more information on whatever Persona 5 R is but we have got some other Persona-related news for now. Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth has finally got a western release date. It came out over in Japan at the end of November and Persona Q2 will release in the west on June 4th, 2019.
Like the previous Persona Q, we'll see the cast of Persona 3 and 4 meet each other, along with Persona 5's Phantom Thieves. However, you won't choose which game's team to start with, Persona 5's Phantom Thieves will serve as your starting cast with P3 and P4's characters joining the team along the way. We'll also see the female Persona 3 protagonist exclusive to the PSP version of Persona 3 play an active role in the story as well.
Alongside the release date, Atlus has also unveiled the special "Showtime Edition." Alongside a copy of the game, it'll include an art book, four pins featuring each protagonist, playing cards with the Persona characters, an art book and a 5-inch Koromaru plush.
Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth will release on the Nintendo 3DS on June 4th, 2019.
