Announced on June 12th, 2022, the Persona series will be coming to Xbox and PC. The games joining the Xbox lineup and Xbox Game Pass are Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4 Golden, and Persona 5 Royal. The games will also be coming to Steam and PlayStation 5 as revealed in a press release shared to site Eurogamer.
The first of the games to join Game Pass will be Persona 5 Royal on October 21st. Persona 5 Royal sees you taking charge of the Phantom Thieves and helping adults find a change of heart with the unique use of the metaverse. The other two games to arrive at a later date are Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden. Persona 4 recently came out on Steam and features a story of a protagonist moving into a new town with rumors of a mysterious “Midnight Channel”. Accompanying this “Midnight Channel” are mysterious murders occurring during stormy days. Will you uncover the truth and open the door to a strange new world?
Persona 3 on the other hand focuses on a “Dark Hour”, a time between one day and the next. Monsters called shadows swarm during this time, one night they attack the protagonist helping them awaken their Persona, the power of the heart. Can you solve what is making this “Dark Hour” occur and master the power of your heart?
