Overwatch Anniversary Remix Vol 2 Goes Live, New Dev Update Announced

The Overwatch Anniversary Remix Vol 2 has gone live as announced earlier this month. Introducing brand new twists on some fan-favourite skins and re-introducing beloved arcade brawls. The event features re-colours for Symmetra, Ana, Lucio, Hanzo, and more this time around. You’ll also be able to get your hands on rare, exclusive skins. These have been unavailable since their short-term releases, so grab them while you can.

While volume one covered the Archives Event, this celebration is meant to cover the classic Anniversary Event. It will last from May 17th through to June 7th. There’s no need to fret, though. There’s plenty more to come, it seems, even when the Overwatch Anniversary Remix Vol 2 ends. Merely nine days later, on June 16th, a brand new developer update will be broadcasted. This update focuses on Overwatch 2 and will discuss details of the next beta for the sequel.

Now, back to the Anniversary and onto the rare exclusive skins. In Week 1, earn Dr Ziegler Mercy skin and its associated sprays. Come Week 2, you’ll be winning the Mardi Gras Ashe cosmetics. Finally, in Week 3, grab the Maestro Sigma skin and player icon. This could be your last chance to grab some of these skins, so don’t miss out!

There’s certainly plenty to look forward to this summer in terms of content and news. With only one more remix event to go after this one and the betas for the sequel going well, it seems like its official release is in sight. What do you think of the Overwatch Anniversary Remix Vol 2?
