Octopath Traveler’s Popularity
Octopath Traveler is a turn-based, fantasy RPG that balances elements of traditional JRPG games with originality. With eight protagonists to play with and each with their own unique story, there is plenty to explore and keep players coming back. The game is also praised for its uniquely updated 2D pixel art style that really brings the game to life. Its popularity has already garnered it a mobile game that is expected to release in Japan this year. Octopath Traveler’s massive sales at release, and now two years later, shows that it is certainly a staple RPG every fan of the genre should try out.
If you want to pick the game up, you can get it on the Nintendo eShop or Steam for the 50% off discount.
