Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity DLC Wave 2 has finally arrived on the Nintendo Switch. Players can now jump back into the heat of battle to take on new stages such as Lanayru Road and the Coliseum. These are locations that were first seen as just ruins in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The Wave 2 DLC also adds new missions, including “Battle for Kakariko Village” and “Battle for Goponga Village”. The season pass will cost you $19.99 to get both waves of DLC. Your purchase also gets you the Prototype Ancient Sword.

The Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity Wave 2 DLC also allows players to wield an arsenal of ancient technology. Take on the role of Robbie & Purah as you battle hordes of baddies in the name of Hyrule!

“In Wave 2, experience a newly playable character duo, additional stages, and new story sequences. Defend Hyrule as the quirky duo character, Purah & Robbie, and their array of ancient technology. See how places like the Coliseum and Kakariko Village looked 100 years in the past in brand-new story stages. And learn more about the Champions and the mysterious Guardian in emotional new story sequences as the fight for Hyrule’s future continues.”

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity started life with a strong launch and has gone on to now get two waves of DLC. Many think it may yet receive more because the original Hyrule Warriors had four in all. That game also went on to get a Definitive Edition on Nintendo Switch, which included all DLCs from the previous Wii U and 3DS versions.
