A newly released trailer for SINoALICE showcases its combat as well as some familiar systems that are likely to keep you playing for days on end. With both creative director Yoko Taro and composer Keiichi Okabe (responsible for the already much loved NieR: Automata soundtrack), the mobile game has plenty of muscle behind it.
SINoALICE features real-time combat which will have you fighting alongside the various characters you meet during your travels. Don't expect much sentimentality, however, as at times you will be forced to betray and kill your would-be companions in the name of progress. Each character has their own separate story, as you complete more of these interlocking tales you'll begin to see the bigger picture.
Aside from the main plot, 'weapon stories' will also make an appearance. With over 150 weapons, and additional 'job stories' that are unlocked through character jobs, there will be plenty of lore to discover.
SINoALICE launches in Japan in Spring 2017 for iPhone and Android. The trailer can be found below.
