Developer 4A Games is teasing a new game on their social media channels that could be VR related.
Beginning on September 1 when the studio posted a 360-degree photo of their space on Facebook, where a countdown could be seen on a wall that ended at the same time the Oculus Connect 3 conference is set to begin, the developer has since also posted a pair of images on Twitter and Facebook, each with their own separate "give you a hand" joke:
It's important to note that in the same 360-degree picture, Oculus Rift headsets can be seen in the background, lending to speculation that a VR game is in the works.
The studio is due for a game release sometime soon, seeing as the time interval between Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light was about three years, and Last Light released three years ago. Only time will tell, but fans may only have to wait until next month at the Oculus conference to find out more.
