New Hellscape Deco Pack

Currently planned for release on April 18th, Meet Your Maker will be injecting a new aesthetic into the game with the addition of the Hellscape Deco Pack. This will be a free update and anyone playing the game will receive instant access to it. The pack combines organic matter and industrial materials that bring an eerie effect, with its pulsing animations and sinister lighting. This promises players the feeling of raiding inside a living organism.

The Hellscape Deco Pack includes:

  • 2 Blocks (each available in 3 shapes)
  • 2 Props
  • 1 Animated Prop
  • 8 Decals

The Hellscape Deco Pack will be free to all players of Meet Your Maker

New Mods and Augments

For the majority of April/May, Meet Your Maker will be rolling out multiple releases. Players will be able to unlock new mods and augment additions for existing traps and guards. Each new mod or augment will be added directly to the trap or guard advisor station and will be unlockable via playtime using in-game currency.

Behaviour has said that Builders will be able to have access to a whole new branch of ideas for their traps and guards, giving them more control to outsmart Raiders. As stated on the roadmap update, their goal with future content is to keep things fresh, ever-changing, and always unexpected. We’ll most likely get further updates closer to the end of April on what kind of mods and augments they have in store for us.

Sector 1: Dreadshore

Information on what Sector 1: Dreadshore is scarce, though Behaviour has said it will be the first major content update. Similar to how they operate Dead By Daylight‘s content updates, the planned “Sectors” will include new environments, custodians, weapons, traps, guards, and deco packs. Meet Your Maker will not be just a world covered in red deserts, their post-apocalypse is said to be teeming with different settings, each ravaged in their own unique ways.

Sector 1: Dreadshore, will contain a new environment and a new deco pack, which will be instantly available for free to all players. The environment introduces a new region of our post-apocalyptic world. Also, you’ll be able to build using a new Sector-themed set of building blocks designed to let you create a completely different style of Outpost.

Releasing alongside the content above, four new gameplay elements can be unlocked by playing Meet Your Maker:

  • A new Custodian + perks
  • A new weapon + upgrades
  • A new trap + mods
  • A new type of guard + augments

Anyone who plays regularly should be able to earn the in-game currency needed to nab all four items. Each item is designed to shake up the game’s meta and is themed to match the new Sector. You’ll also be able to purchase these gameplay elements via platform stores. Additionally, a cosmetic collection themed after Sector 1 will be available. This includes a new deco pack, a new custodian skin, and a new weapon skin. The cosmetic collection will be available to purchase via platform stores. Sector 1: Dreadshore releases in Late June 2023
