People looking forward to the recently announced Mafia: Trilogy by 2K and Hangar Games can rejoice. A trailer was revealed just a few days ago which teased more information, yet 2K surprised everyone today with a sudden release. Right now, you can buy and download Mafia: Trilogy, which will include the remastered Mafia II: Definitive Edition as well as Mafia III: Definitive Edition with all previous DLC included.
Keen-eyed readers may notice that the original Mafia game is missing from the description. This is because the built-from-the-ground-up remake of the game will be launching later this year on August 28th. Fans who purchase Mafia: Trilogy before this date will be able to download the remake for free on launch day.
As an added bonus for Mafia fans, for anyone who currently owns Mafia II on Steam, they will receive Mafia II: Definitive Edition today at no additional cost. Players who own Mafia III on Steam, PS4 and Xbox One will also receive Mafia III: Definitive Edition as well. For others, both games will be available to purchase as standalone products or with Mafia: Trilogy.
