Four day event is now over. HOTS was one of the many games presented on the event. Heroes of the Storm tournament featured 4 teams – Na’Vi, Games2, Team Liquid and Fnatic. While 3 first teams were invited to the event, Fnatic have made their way through the BYOC qualifier. Qualifier that allowed anyone to get the spot in the main event – you just had to bring in your PC, to the LAN event, and register as a participant! Heroes tournament itself lasted for 1 day. Format was double elimination, with BO3 until the finals, with finals being BO5. Check the links below to know the results and watch the VODs.

Recently departed captain and warrior player of Tempo Storm, Glaurung is now new flex player for the team Cognitive. Reshuffle doesn’t stop here, as team also welcomes new player named iakona, previously a support for team Stellar Lotus. With these two additions to their roster, Team Cognitive is now looking solid and will have a good chances of winning matches versus other professional NA teams.

With HasuObs retirement from MouseSports, last week, it was only a matter of time until he has been acquired by another organization. In his farewell letter he stated that he has decided to finish his RTS career and fully focus on HOTS, but that means parting ways with MouseSports, and playing under the name of different organization.
No wonder that Heroes of the Storm team with famous RTS players, in its roster, have been acquired by Roccat. The performance of team, in past few months, has been incredible so it was logical that they will be sponsored by some solid organization in the future.
