Whispers of the Old Gods, the new set for Hearthstone, launches April 26 in North America and April 27 in Europe, Asia and Australia. During a Hearthstone live stream event, it was revealed that players could earn up to 13 free packs during the expansion’s launch week.
- Log in during Whispers of the Old Gods first week: 3 packs
- Complete a quest that requires 2 wins in standard mode: 5 packs
- Complete a quest by winning 7 games in standard mode: 5 packs (Unlocked after completing the previous quest)
Along with the free packs, the game is also giving away the upcoming legendary card C'Thun and two Beckoner of Evil cards that buff C’Thun.
Whispers of the Old Gods is adding 134 new cards along with other modifications to the game.
