CD Project Red’s newest expansion to the favorite pastime of Geralt of Rivia has been themed after Gaunter O’Dimm, a mysterious mystic who played a prominent role in the third Witcher game. The expansion will bring over 70 new cards that also have a Gaunter O’Dimm theme. Among the 70 new cards are also faction specific ones, that include a brand new Legendary card type that evolves in both appearance and power as a GWENT battle progresses. 11 natural cards are also being added with Master Mirror, which can be used by all six factions in the game.

In addition, several new statuses and abilities are being introduced with Master Mirror, thus bringing a fresh new array of tricks and strategies for players to take advantage of in the heat of battle. There are also several Master Mirror pre-order card pack offers currently at the GWENT in-game store in anticipation of the upcoming release. These pre-order packs, when bought, will grant players access to several of the new cards being added with Master Mirror expansion upon release. Further benefits of these pre-order offers include a unique Gaunter O’Dimm leader skin, as well as a Master Mirror-inspired card back and title.

GWENT: The Witcher Card Game is available free on PC at GOG.COM and Steam, as well as on Android and iOS’ respective stores. In addition, the game is also available for PlayStation 4 and  Xbox One.
