God Of War has been hugely succesful for Sony and the team at Sony Santa Monica Studios. Simlarly, Marvel has had quite the succes since the release of Avengers: Infinity War. Diligent players can find a pretty amazing Easter egg within the new game that is a direct reference to the film. No spoilers here other than bare details on the main villain's weapon of choice in Infinity War.
Players will need to complete the Sindri's Family Business quest within the the game. Once this quest has been completed players will be rewarded with the Shattered Gauntlet of Ages. On it's own this talisman doesn't do much. If players can find up to 6 different stones that can be slotted within the talisman they will unlock it's true power. Each stone is named in a way that references each infinity stone. The gauntlet istelft looks like the one from the movie and when given the proper stones behaves similarly. This is a fun and interesting sidequest that has an even more rewarding end. Intrepid players will find great use for the gauntlet and it's stones.
