Earlier today, Gearbox tweeted out yet another image that looks to be pointing towards something unrelated to Borderlands. The photo, as seen below, has the same cell-shaded art-style that the company is known for, but the art seems more realistic than what we're used to from the studio that brought us Borderlands. The image shows a laboratory, and a robot hooked up to wires, on a table stretcher.
As with the previous announcement, we can only speculate. Is it a new IP? A sequel to Battleborn? We'll have to wait for PAX East, which will occur during March 28th-31st.
