If Sekiro wasn’t enough and you’re dying for more Souls-esque games then we have some good news for you. According to a report from Gematsu. From Software plans to announce a brand new game during Microsoft’s E3 showcase on June 9th. There are a few more interesting bits of information to go with it. Firstly, Gematsu suggests that “GR” is the game that George R.R Martin, the creator of Game of Thrones, mentioned in a blog post he made shortly after the Game of Thrones finale aired. In that blog post, he mentions that he “consulted on a video game out of Japan.”

The currently unannounced title has been in development for three years and is currently codenamed “GR.” According to GamesRadar, the game’s full name is “Great Rune.” Like Sekiro, it’s a complete change of scenery from their previous work. GamesRadar’s report suggests that Great Rune will be set in Norse Mythology with an open world and possibly even horse riding too. Microsoft’s E3 Showcase is set for June 9th so it’s only a couple of weeks away, and that’s when we should get our first taste of “Great Rune.
