FIFA 22 Tops UK Charts for Fourth Consecutive Week

FIFA 22 from EA Sports tops the UK charts yet again this week, with Far Cry 6 remaining in second. There is no sign of Grand Theft Auto V leaving the top ten in the data collected by Ukie. Big releases such as Call of Duty: Vanguard and Battlefield 2042 are releasing in November and will hit this list in the coming weeks.

FIFA 22 Tops UK Charts for Fourth Consecutive WeekFIFA 22 is the best selling boxed game in the UK for a fourth consecutive week. The data collected by Ukie was from the week ending 23rd October.

Far Cry 6 from Ubisoft is performing strong, sitting in second place after launching on 7 October, a spot it has held since then. 

Nintendo’s Mario Kart 8: Deluxe (3rd) and Animal Crossings: New Horizons (4th) remain in the Top 10, whilst Minecraft sits in fifth place, moving up from seventh last week. Mojang’s building game has generated approximately $3 billion in-game sales alone.

Metroid Dread, Nintendo’s newest release drops down to seventh, from third spot last week.

The ever-present Grand Theft Auto V remains in the top ten, eight years after release, a PS5 and Xbox Series X & S version of the game is coming in March next year.
