Accordingly, the Management Board expects consolidated sales in the three-digit million range for the first time with simultaneously increasing profits. For comparison: In the fiscal year 2020, consolidated sales amounted to 90 million euros according to preliminary figures. The management is thus optimistic about the business outlook despite the challenging environment in 2021 due to the pandemic.
Fanatec has a great line-up of wheels and other related components for racing, compatible for Xbox, Playstation and PC too. Sadly, the prices range between $300 and $1,600 which is insanely expensive. That’s a shame because it excludes a large group of sim racers who doesn’t have a high income. It’s superb quality for a price that isn’t realistic to many people. Therefore, Fanatec will expand their line-up of wheels and other sim products during 2021. Now they’ll bring cheaper components for the players. Until the launch of Gran Turismo 7, which we predicted would be release in short, they want to introduce their newest Playstation 5 licensed products for the players!
However, we predicted the launch would be right after release, Fanatec mentioned something completely different. We all know that the game is coming in 2021, it’s only a matter of time when more information will come out. Here’s what Fanatec said on their website:
The expected launch of the racing video game GT7 (probably in Q3 or Q4), which is being developed by Polyphony Digital and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment, should once again boost sales in the simracing sector.
And with that said, we have a new estimated release period for Gran Turismo 7. Between Q3 and Q4 (autumn of 2021), make sure you stay tuned here for some GT7 news. Nevertheless, it’s nothing that is confirmed since Fanatec clearly said “probably”. Could be earlier or could be later. We all know it’s happening very soon. More videos and information regarding Gran Turismo 7 should come even before that period.
