Epic Games has continued to give away free games each week since 2018. Although the majority of these free games are relatively small or developed by indie developers, we saw some AAA games that were given away by Epic Games, such as Star Wars Battlefront II, Metro Last Night Redux, Control, GTA V, and so on. The Epic Games Store has announced that these freebies will continue until at least the end of 2022. So, players continue to grab their free games each Thursday until the end of this year.

The previous week, on June 30, Epic Games made three games free, including Geneforge 1 – MutagenHood: Outlaws & Legends, and Iratus: Lord of the DeadGeneforge 1 – Mutagen is a remake of an open-ended fantasy RPG, where you will be a wizard with the great power to create life, called Shapers. Developed by Sumo Digital and published by Focus Entertainment, Hood: Outlaws & Legends is an action-adventure game where you try to steal treasures in a violent medieval world. Iratus: Lord of the Dead is a turn-based tactical RPG that takes place in a dark fantasy universe.
