Dreams adds PSVR support

Dreams is receiving a free PSVR update earlier this week that takes Media Molecule’s latest creative juggernaut, virtual.

According to the announcement, the update is titled Inside the Box and will roll out on July 22nd. Other than just VR, it will add tutorials for DreamShaping-its creative mode, along with options to let players know that your creation is VR compatible. These creations can be made inside and outside of the PSVR headset, and the usage of the PlayStation Move controller is optional. Also coming to the update are new gadgets for Create mode as well as accessibility features such as comfort mode, vignette strength, static sky, and more.

In addition to a plethora of new features, Media Molecule is including their own creations for free in the update, similar to Art’s Dream, which was included in the day one update when the game launched.

Dreams is an incredible game that lets you make games. It’s a massive step forward from the developer’s LittleBigPlanet series, which offered incredible creative opportunities but kept them rooted in a 2D plane.
