The new Diablo III 2.5.0 update is for all platforms and starts with two new major features: Armory, and Crafting Mat Storage.
Armory will allow you to save up to five different builds per character, you can find this new feature in the town hub within each act. To save a build in the Armory will snapshot your character’s current gear, socketed gems, active and passive skills, and Kanai’s Cube powers. To equip an already saved armory build will automatically swap items and gear between the character and stash.
Crafting Mat Storage makes your crafting materials appear in a separate storage tab, giving you more of free space in the shared stash, this new tab can be accessed through your inventory window.
To what concerns items, high-end players now can strive for a new type of item, the Primal Ancients, they are very rare items that are guaranteed to have perfect Ancient-level stats on their affixes, as well as the maximum number of sockets possible for the item. You can only find them once you have reached Greater Rift 70 solo with one of the characters on your account. Once you’ve done so, any you find will be for the class you are playing when the item drops.
The adventure mode got some changes regarding what's necessary to participate in certain difficulty levels in public games, the current Paragon Level changed to highest solo Greater Rift clear.
The monster topic had a bug fix, an issue that was causing Elite enemies with the Juggernaut affix to incorrectly take normal damage from Slow Time when combined with Delsere’s Magnum Opus was fixed.
Other changes to specific classes and items have been made, along with quality-of-life changes such as allowing you to assign Paragon points 100 at a time by holding the Control key on PX. The full 2.5.0 patch notes for the PC version can be found on the Diablo III Website.
