Studio MDHR revealed today in a blog post that their upcoming platformer Cuphead will be delayed to 2017. They also talked about reasons for the delay "throughout this year we discussed reducing the scope to make a 2016 release, but we made the difficult decision to delay the launch in order to ship with our vision intact."
Cuphead will be available next year for XBOX ONE, and Microsoft Windows.
