Batman:The Enemy Within features deceased russian ambassador

Twitter is buzzing today while Telltale is silent. Batman: The Enemy Within Episode 2 apparently contains images of the assassination of Andrei Karlov, the former Russian Ambassador in Turkey. The scene is used as a conclusion of a robbery in Gotham.

Batman:The Enemy Within features deceased russian ambassador
Andrei Karlov was murdered at an art gallery in Ankara by a police officer who was reportedly off duty. The graphic images made by AP photographer spread rapidly in news and even got their author the World Press Photo 2017 top prize.

The use of these graphic images was noticed by a Twitter user @BroTeamPill. There is no commentary from Telltale yet as to why was this photograph used.  

The in-game image appears in The Pact and is very little manipulated. Careful: there is graphic content below.
