Children of the Worm follows the previous Back 4 Blood DLC titled Tunnel of Terror which is available now. Turtle Rock revealed a sneak peek at the contents via Twitter.

Children Of The Worm will continue Back 4 Blood’s story with a new story campaign that places players into an epic showdown with a fierce new enemy threat. A new Cleaner joins the ranks of Back 4 Blood’s crew to help fight off the new threats, the expansion introduces Prophet Dan, a gun-toting, self-proclaimed preacher of the apocalypse. The expansion also comes with eight exclusive character skins and twelve exclusive weapon skins. Two new weapons come with the expansion, along with new accessories and cards.
Additionally, Back 4 Blood has had several updates featuring pieces of free content for all owners of the game. The free content includes all new skins, legendary items, burn cards, emblems, sprays and more. Back 4 Blood is a first-person co-op zombie shooter available now for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
