PC gamers looking forward to the next Assassin’s Creed will be excited to hear that the hardware requirements were just dropped. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s PC recommended specs are pretty reasonable on all fronts. On the low end only needing a Ryzen 3 1200 or i7 4790 CPU. And an R9 380 4gb or GTX 1060 4gb GPU for players who don’t mind playing at 30fps 1080p. Of course, players who have better hardware and like to play at higher resolutions and/or frame rates were given recommended specs too. The company released the specs on the games website, as well as on social media

One interesting thing to point out is the game only requires 50gb of storage space. While this is still big it’s no Red Dead Redemption 2 which requires 150gb of storage space. The different categories in this announcement were impressive. It really gives PC players a good idea of if their systems can run the game. We will see what kind of FPS the players who dedicate themselves to getting games to run on even weaker hardware can get out of this game. That will be the true test of how well optimized this game really is.
