Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection Announced for Switch

Ubisoft is bringing Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection to the Nintendo Switch next month! This is excellent news for fans of the older games in the series, especially if they also happen to be fans of the Switch. The collection includes three games, two short films, and some gameplay enhancements.

Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection Announced for Switch

Are you a fan of some of the older Assassin’s Creed titles and the Switch? If so, then you’re in luck. Ubisoft has announced that Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection is headed to the Nintendo Switch! The title is set to arrive on February 17th, placing it about a month away. It follows Master Assassin, Ezio Auditore da Firenze, across three games:

Beyond that, this package also includes all single-player DLC for these games and two short films about Ezio (“Assassin’s Creed Lineage” and “Assassin’s Creed Embers”). The three games in Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection for Switch also get some enhancements. These include being able to use the touchscreen, handheld mode, and the HUD being optimized for play on the Nintendo Switch.

In addition to announcing Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection for Switch, Ubisoft has also opened pre-orders for the game. When it launches in mid-February, it will join a couple of other titles in the franchise that have already managed to make their way to the Switch:

  • Assassin’s Creed III: Remastered
  • Assassin’s Creed: The Rebel Collection
