The Ace Attorney concert confirmed the localized name for Dai Gyakuten Saiban 2: Naruhodō Ryūnosuke no Kakugo to be The Great Ace Attorney 2: Resolve, as well as revealing the localized name of a track and a character from The Great Ace Attorney 2: Resolve.

Ace Attorney Concert Reveals Localized Names For Dai Gyakuten SaibanCapcom held an orchestra concert featuring the music of the Ace Attorney series on April 10, which revealed new information regarding the leaked Dai Gyakuten Saiban/The Great Ace Attorney localization.

The localization, which was leaked months ago in a Capcom data breach, as well as being rated by The Taiwan Digital Game Rating Committee two months ago, is seemingly all-but-confirmed now, as the concert revealed new names for the localization. The concert, which was held online and was available to overseas fans for the first time, confirmed the localized name for Dai Gyakuten Saiban 2: Naruhodō Ryūnosuke no Kakugo to be The Great Ace Attorney 2: Resolve, as previously leaked.

The concert also revealed the official localized name for Benjamin Dobinbough, a character from The Great Ace Attorney 2: Resolve, to be Albert Harebrayne.

Lastly, the concert revealed the localized titles for the Joint Reasoning tracks to be titled “The Dance of Deduction.”

While there is still no official confirmation by Capcom for the localization, these new localized names are the final nail in the coffin following the aforementioned data breach and rating.

Although there exists a high-quality fan translation of the first Great Ace Attorney, with a translation of the second in the works, an official localization by Capcom is promising for fans of the series, who haven’t seen a new release in nearly six years now, following Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice.

The Great Ace Attorney and its sequel will likely be coming overseas in Spring of 2022 to Switch and PS4 users, alongside a bundle featuring the original trilogy.
