Telltale have put new concept art for A New Frontier on their official website. The art gives us some idea of what we can expect from parts of the game.

Hardware Store:
This image shows what looks to be Carver's Office from episode 3 of the second season of the game. In the second season, Jane mentioned that going back to Carver's base would be a good idea as it is safe. This suggests that in flashbacks we will go back to see what happened after the ending of season 2 depending on who you were with (Kenny, Jane or alone).
Wellington (Day):
This image shows Wellington. Wellington is a place that you go to right at the end of Season 2 if you choose not to kill Kenny. This also supports the fact that the game will show you what happened after the end of Season 2 depending on your choices (probably using flashbacks).
There also seems to be a lot more vegetation in the above image than when you went to Wellington in Season 2 which suggests that this image likely takes place in summer or autumn instead of winter.
Wellington (Night):
This image shows Wellington in the middle of the night.
Exterior Field:
This image shows a small field in a forest. In the image we can see a grave. This grave could be Kenny's depending on your season 2 choices or it could be a dead person we don't know much about such as Javier's family.
Entrance Gate:
This image shows a new community that we havn't been introduced to before. The sign above the entrance says Schulenburg which is in Texas, the other side of the country to where we were at the end of Season 2. This could be Javier's home or a place that Clem and him visit in their travels as we have seen the windmill on the top right in a leaked image showing the couple together.
Airport (Day):
This image shows an airport in Texas in the day time. This could suggest that we might ride a small plane in the game but that is unlikely to happen in the middle of an apocalypse.
Airport (Night):
This image shows an airport in Texas in the middle of the night.
Central Building:
This image shows a makeshift house in the middle of a giant plain of land. This could be the home of Javier's family or just a place that we visit in the game. The fact that there have been multiple designs for this house show that it must be a place of importance in the game and it is likely we will stay there for some time.
Clementine:
This image shows Clementine in the present day (a few years after the end of Season 2) and how she will look during her travels with Javier.
